TL;DR:
As a Founding Forward Deployed Engineers, you’ll work closely with our customers (like Perplexity, Replit, Framer, and HeyGen) to deeply understand their customer support organization and design, configure, test, and integrate AI agents that automate their support tickets end-to-end.
What you’ll do:
- Identify opportunities for support ticket automation for leading software companies.
- Work with our customers to design AI support agents that can automate their support tickets.
- Work with our engineering team to configure, test, and integrate the AI support agents with customers' existing infrastructure.
- Work with our customers to define and execute on an automation roadmap.
- Share learnings from customer conversations with our engineering team to improve our AI support agents.
